Terms of Service

1. General Agreement

By accessing and using Blazar Scripts, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Script Usage & Licensing

All scripts provided by Blazar Scripts are intended for personal or community server use.

• You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or leak any of our scripts.
• You may modify the scripts for your own server, but you may not claim original ownership.
• Licenses are tied to your specific account and cannot be transferred to another user.

3. Discord Integration & Data Processing

By linking your Discord account to Blazar Scripts, you grant us permission to fetch and store specific information about your Discord profile. This includes:

• Discord User ID: A unique numerical identifier used to attach licenses to your account.
• Username & Avatar: Used for display purposes on your dashboard.
• Server Memberships (Guilds): We check if you are a member of the official Blazar Scripts Discord server to verify your eligibility for support and product updates.

Digital Delivery: Upon claiming a script, our Discord Bot will use your stored Discord ID to send you a Direct Message (DM) containing your secure download link. You must have DMs enabled and share a server with our bot to receive these messages.

We do not have access to your Discord passwords, direct messages, or other private account settings. You can revoke Blazar Scripts' access at any time via your Discord User Settings under "Authorized Apps".

4. Support & Warranty

Blazar Scripts provides technical support through our built-in ticket system on the dashboard. Support is only provided for unmodified versions of our scripts.

We do not guarantee that our scripts will work flawlessly with heavily modified or custom frameworks outside of our officially stated requirements.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your licenses without prior notice if you violate any of these terms, specifically regarding the unauthorized distribution of our scripts or toxic behavior in our support channels.

6. Changes to Terms

Blazar Scripts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via our Discord server. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
